All of the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly to both my 3.5 year old receiving care and my busy 15 mo I was trying to entertain during the visit. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My three year old son had an early appointment today and getting a toddler to cooperate with anything is hard enough, let alone waking him up to go straight to an appointment, so we were about 10 minutes late. The lady at the front desk says we'll have to reschedule or wait and see if the next person doesn't show up. They could've at least let him sit in the dentist chair, even just looked in his mouth, gave him a toothbrush, anything other than turning him away. My son has already had reservations with each visit we've made, as it is clearly a sensitive subject to young children. He cried the whole way home. I understand we were late but any company pertaining to children that has zero wiggle room is unacceptable. Life happens and we will not be returning to a place that does not understand that, or show any sort of compassion.August 16, 2017by dreamingofsleep
